Overland Park, KS. --(Ammoland.com)- Bushnell Outdoor Products, an industry-leader in high performance sports optics and outdoor accessories for 65 years, has announced Tom Phillips has joined Bushnell as trade marketing manager.
As trade marketing manager, Tom will liaise with marketing and product management to develop annual trade marketing calendars and account specific programs that align with company initiatives.
In addition, he will work closely with the Bushnell sales team and key accounts to develop effective marketing programs, including promotions, advertising, digital marketing and in-store merchandising displays.
Prior to joining Bushnell, Tom served as marketing manager for Billsoft Inc., a business software solutions company located in Overland Park, Kan. Before joining Billsoft in 2012, Tom occupied several roles during his eight year tenure at Olathe, Kan.-based Grundfos Pumps, including experience in marketing and communications management roles.

Tom is a graduate of PittsburgStateUniversity, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations. His professional experience includes brand development, content creation, corporate messaging and public relations.
