ATI’s Talon T2 shotgun stocks and pistol grips feature a new ergonomic styling that was designed after extensive testing to pinpoint exactly where felt recoil is transferred to the shooter.
“In the second generation of our Talon product line we looked to further improve shooter comfort and create a more enjoyable firearms experience,” said Jon Shaffer, Director of Business Development.
“We achieved this by extending our patented Scorpion Recoil absorption material above the thumb on the back of the pistol grip as well as adding Sure-Grip texturing to the front of the pistol grip.
Talon T2 stocks and pistol grips can be seen on ATI’s new 2013 products and will be gradually crossing over to all existing ATI product lines in the future. The current T2 lines include products for assorted CZ, Hatsan, Stoeger, and Winchester Models.
Shaffer also added that all Talon T2 stocks would come standard with an aluminum buffer tube instead of it being an optional upgrade. All of ATI’s Aluminum Components are Precision CNC Machined from 6061 T6 Aluminum and then Military Type III Anodized.
