ACCOKEEK, MD --(Ammoland.com)- Benelli USA, an acknowledged leader in the firearms industry, has named Tom DeBolt as their new VP of Sales & Product Development.
DeBolt will be responsible for Benelli USA’s strategic direction for the family of brands as it applies to sales, product development/management, and customer service.
DeBolt will focus his efforts on trade customer development, consumer retention and brand development strategies. He will also drive efforts to position and maintain Benelli USA brands as leaders in existing and emerging markets through a network of shooting sports dealers, national accounts, and conservation groups.
DeBolt began his career in 1992 with the Black & Decker Corporation and progressed through several leadership roles in the areas of sales, marketing and business development for the company’s DeWalt Industrial Tools Division. Most recently he led efforts as Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Loewen, a Canadian-based building products manufacturer. Tom has a MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland and an undergraduate degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN.
