Fayetteville, NC –-(Ammoland.com)- I just wrapped up my tenth 1911 gunsmith class on Sept 14th 2013 and as another successful class passes into history I felt it was good time to make some changes going forward with this program- here goes;

In the past I have held the 1911 builders classes in a variety of locations, from Ohio and California, to Kansas and Florida. In the future all classes west of the Mississippi river will be held at Mile High Shooting in Erie, Colorado. The class that just wrapped up was held there and not only were the good folks at Mile High great hosts, the facility left nothing to be desired. The effective date for this is immediately.

I look forward to future classes at Mile High and their location on the north side of Denver makes for a great central location for all those that live out west.

I have a class scheduled in Florida at the Gainesville Target Range in August 11-16, 2014. That class will be the last one east of the Mississippi that is away from my hometown of Fayetteville, NC. Going forward a location that is to be determined will be used near Fayetteville to host all East Coast classes.

In addition 2013 was unusual in that two 1911 gunsmith classes were held within the same calendar year. This was no doubt due to the exposure of the class on my show TacTV. Moving forward I would expect things will go back to the norm of one class per year. If in fact that is what takes place then in 2015 I will be back at Mile High before conducting my first Fayetteville, NC class in 2016.

This of course is all subject to change and as always the best advice is to sign up for first class you can afford and stay tuned to the training page on my website for updates and future class dates.

Any questions can be directed to me at [email protected]. Thanks to all for your support of my training classes and my TV show TacTV.

I have a new 12 GAUGE pump wincheaster shot gun 18 1/2″ barrol. Notice after buying if if doesen’t accepted chokes. I’d like to have a choice of a full choke or even a much tighter pattern for two reasons, goose hunting mostley and of course the home protection. Can you work the barrol to accepted both chokes? And of course how much. I believe we both live in Fayetteville. Like to have it done soon as your able and of course If you can do it. Thanks in advance for your responce…Bill.
