Montana Pro-Gun Laws Take Effect Today October 1st 2013

Charlotte, NC –-(Ammoland.com)-  On Tuesday, October 1 2013, three important pro-gun laws take effect in Montana:

Senate Bill 145 ensures confidentiality and privacy protection for concealed weapon permit holders.

House Bill 446 deletes “discharge of firearms” from the disorderly conduct statute.

House Bill 459 provides that health care facilities and providers may not inquire about a person’s firearm ownership as a condition of receiving medical treatment nor refuse treatment because a person refuses to answer questions about firearms ownership.
