Once again the “supreme court” got it wrong!! Whether we like it or not, The Second Amendment doesn’t allow for any infringement including criminal restrictions!! No government entity can make laws or regulations concerning any weapon, Constitutionally!! It would have to be a ballot issue and would probably fall under States Rights for that purpose just as obamacare should have!! The “supreme court” is part of the problem by not following it’s defined duties and instead have become political pawns!!
I GOT THERE LATE, BUT WITH ENOUGH TIME TO SHUT DOWN HER MDA PLANT.

Jefferson’s vews on religion are well documented and irrefutable. As the author of the “Jefferson Bible” (or, more accurately, editor), he was not formally affiliated with any denomination and considered most of the bible, especially the writings of Paul, as nonsense. His version of the bible basically separated the words of Jesus from the rest, which, as he put it, were like picking “diamonds out of dung.” So irreligious was he that, at one time when Benjamin Franklin had just emerged from a church service and saw Jefferson walking by, asked him, “Why don’t you just admit that you’re an atheist?” Jeffeson smiled and said, “Atheists don’t win elections.” (I’m sure I’m paraphrasing.)
Note that both Jefferson AND Madison used the term. Madison wrote: “The purpose of separation of church and state is to keep forever from these shores the endless strife that has soaked the soil of Europe in blood for centuries.” Even though they were religious themselves, they were products of the Enlightenment and knew that it was possible that their beliefs were wrong and that those of others might be correct. Government serves all, and therefore should be neutral as to religion.
One hundred elephants are murdered everyday for their tusks. And, yes, this does matter for “antique” ivory because allowing selling of any ivory opens the door to illegal ivory. As we know, there is no good way to tell what is new and what is antique. That’s how the poachers get away with it. And that’s what is going to kill all the elephants. We must end all ivory trade.
