“This season we’ll break down cooking techniques from seasoned professional chefs to our favorite Texas redneck, Buddy T, all the while teaching viewers how to make the best of their harvested fish and game. It really is the fastest half hour on TV as viewers are treated to a wide variety of cooking methods and interesting people from around the country.”
The Sporting Chef, hosted by Scott Leysath, leans on Leysath’s 25-year career as a fish and game chef, along with some of the outdoor industry’s most-talented and innovative experts on the topics of fish and game preparation, outdoor cooking, camping, harvested game handling and storage.
