Boise, Idaho, -  MILTAC Industries today announced that Dave Neth, national champion competitive shooter and Idaho State Trooper, has joined the MILTAC Industries Competition Team.

Neth is a nationally recognized shooter with nearly 20 years of experience in a wide range of shooting disciplines, including 3-Gun, USPSA/IPSC, Manual Rifle/Sniper, Tactical Shotguns, and others.

He has achieved top rankings in each of these disciplines.

“I am pleased to join the MILTAC Team and look forward to competing at the national level with a MILTAC rifle,” said Neth. “Anytime you can work with a company willing to build rifles to the highest competition standards, and then make them available to shooters around the country, you have a great partner,” Neth added.

MILTAC and Neth are currently collaborating on competition rifle designs. The company is scheduled to roll out its line of Competition Series rifles in early 2014 at the annual firearms industry SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“We are excited to launch our Competition Team with Dave Neth as our anchor,” said Scott Turlington, managing partner at MILTAC Industries. “We have followed Dave’s shooting career for years and know how successful he’s been at the national and world levels,” said Turlington.

“Matching Dave’s skill and experience with our precision rifles is a perfect match.”

Neth will begin competing with a MILTAC Competition Series rifle in 2014. He is returning to competition after a couple years away from the competitive shooting world.
