FERNANDINA BEACH, Fl --(Ammoland.com)- Southwick Associates, the top provider of hunting, shooting and fishing market insights, is pleased to announce the hiring of Nancy Bacon as our new Director of Business Development.
Bacon arrives with 20-plus years of industry experience developing and implementing market research to support product development and strategic initiatives.
Her primary responsibilities will be working with clients to evaluate their strategic information needs, developing research methodologies and techniques to meet the defined business objectives, and ensuring the successful execution and application of the project results.

Prior to joining Southwick, Bacon worked for more than twenty years at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. in various research and forecasting positions culminating in her role as Sr. Market Research Analyst. After leaving Leupold, she was Market Research Manager at Blount International, Inc. where her responsibilities expanded to a global role.
Throughout her career, Bacon has been responsible for identifying research needs, designing and conducting innovative research approaches and implementing solutions to improve products, marketing, sales and operations.
