I bought my STG 44 a few years back. I must say I have never had any problems with mine. No misfires, no jams, everything worked well. I will say that you must use H.V. ammo or it will not cycle as it should In my book, this is a great plinking rifle, and a lot of fun. I have a good friend who has the GSG A.K. 47 model in .22 cal. it also works well, and is fun to shoot. Just recieved my GSG STG 44 and the rear sight windage adjustment retaining clip fell off!!!! Called twice and e-mailed once, so far no reply and to be honets I don’t expect to hear from them. This will be my LAST time dealing with them or thier products.. Buyer beware!!!!!
