Miles Takes Sporting’s Richest Prize in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – -(Ammoland.com)- After four days of shooting, American shooter Gebben Miles has just taken the top prize at the Nad Al Sheba Championship in Dubai, UAE, earning the Men’s $140,000 payday in sporting clays’s richest competition.

Anthony Matarese finished as runner-up with a $65,000 prize, and Desirae Edmunds was Women’s runner-up to earn $20,000. Scott Robertson finished 4th in the Men’s division, winning $25,000.

A total purse of $735,000 was to be awarded to shooters in Dubai’s first-ever shooting championship, with deep payouts to 50th place ($1500) in the Men’s division and 20th ($3000) in the Women’s. Event organizers have already announced a $1 million purse in 2015.
