Gilbert, AZ --(Ammoland.com)- It started with an inflammatory article by James Oliphant in the National Journal, “Inside the Knife Rights Movement.”
The tone is set by the sub-head, “Having gained so much ground in easing gun restrictions, conservatives now want to roll back limits on knives, which can be just as lethal.”
Our favorite phrase from the article showing Oliphant’s clearly prejudiced and irrational viewpoint: “a push to legalize deadly blades.”

Then just this week A. Barton Hinkle picked up the story and wrote about “The Case for Knife Rights – Big government overreach claims a new class of victims” on Reason.com. Hinkle examines the irrational restrictions and how they impact honest citizens who just want to carry a common tool, their pocket knife. Read the full article at: http://reason.com/archives/
