I’ve call three times this week an left messages! No return calls and finally got someone today after 3rd call today. Purchased CVA ACCURA V-2 LR IN MID Dec 2017. Middle height Scope base came with it. I sent this scope base back to exchange for a high Durasight base as advertised, an it was received on Jan 29 2018. Its been 2xwks now an this company is telling me it will be another 2-3wks before it will be shipped. I need parts for my CVA optima Muzzleloaders,, why can’t I get through to order online or calling the company service or parts department .I own a couple of CVA muzzleloaders , Is this the type of service I get when I buy CVA Products! !!!!I . I guess it’s time to change to different brands of muzzleloader

why cant you order from the CVA store online?everytime you try it take you to a page that you have to order from dealer.
