Morgan Utah: (AmmoLand.com) New for 2014, Browning has expanded the Citori 725 line of over and under shotguns by adding new Trap and Skeet models in 12 gauge.

Both Trap and Skeet versions of the Citori 725 will be available in standard stock and adjustable comb models. Like other Citori 725 models, the Trap and Skeet models include the Fire Lite Mechanical Trigger System and full-width hinge pin and tapered locking bolt receiver design.

To help reduce felt recoil and make second shots faster and more accurate, the Trap and Skeet Citori 725 models use Browning’s Inflex recoil pad. This Browning-designed recoil pad diverts recoil down and away from the shooters face for greater shooting comfort.

Browning’s Back Bored Technology barrels with Vector Pro lengthened forcing cones and the new Invector-DS choke tube system provide tight, consistent shot patterns.

Both models use Grade III/IV walnut for the stock. Trap guns have a gloss finish and Skeet models feature a gloss varnish finish. Both guns have a close radius pistol grip and semi-beaver tail forearm with finger grips. Each Citori 725 also comes with three Invector-DS choke, Hi-Viz Pro-Comp sight with ivory mid bead, and the Triple Trigger System that allows users to fine-tune finger-to-trigger length of pull.

The 725 Trap will be offered with 30” and 32” barrel lengths with high post rib. Available with standard or adjustable comb stock options. The Suggested Retail is $3,339.00 – $3,739.99.

The new 725 Skeet will be offered in 28” and 30” barrel lengths with standard or adjustable comb stock. The Suggested Retail is $3,139.99 – $3,529.99.
