Kennesaw, GA -(Ammoland.com)- GunBroker.com has partnered with the National Shooting Sports Foundation and The Hunting Heritage Trust to host the SHOT Show Auction again in 2015.

As a service to NSSF and the industry, GunBroker.com has always fully donated all services related to the month-long SHOT Show auction listings. A Ross Tyser-designed Bowie knife, a first-ever Hornady rifle, two special pairs of Century International Arms pistols, and Phil Robertson’s ‘Old and New’ Signature Mossbergs will be the headlining items at the 2015 SHOT Show auction.

Auctions are taking place right now at GunBroker.com. The Hornady rifle and Bowie knife will be on display at the GunBroker.com booth #15147 during SHOT Show. Additional items can be seen online. Bidding closes at 5 p.m. EST on Jan. 23, the final day of the show. Prior to GunBroker.com’s involvement, the annual SHOT Show Auction was a live event. During the 10 years that GunBroker.com has been involved, participation has increased by opening bidding up to a much larger audience and the average price has nearly doubled, according to Bob Delfay, the originator and coordinator of the auction.

The sales increase has allowed the NSSF to fund additional programs. The auction’s participating manufacturers also benefit from extensive publicity during the month-long auction. On average, each SHOT Show auction gun receives more than 150,000 views on GunBroker.com during the four weeks that the guns are listed.
