West Valley City, UT -(Ammoland.com)- Utah-based firearm suppressor company SilencerCo, announced the debut of EasyTrust, a service that both simplifies and lowers the cost of creating a legally-valid NFA Firearms Trust.

Priced at just $129.99, the online service removes several steps in the process of purchasing silencers and other items regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA), while also protecting the rights of individuals, families and groups to own, transfer and possess NFA-regulated firearms. The EasyTrust has been prepared by qualified legal counsel and is valid in all 50 states.

Among the benefits of a gun trust is the elimination of certain NFA item pre-purchase requirements, including written approval from a local chief law enforcement officer and submission of buyer photographs and fingerprints.

“Since we entered the sound suppression business a few years ago, we have constantly looked for ways to provide products and services that make more people aware you can buy silencers, and that make the purchasing process easier,” noted SilencerCo CEO Joshua Waldron. “With EasyTrust, we offer an affordable 50-state-legal solution proven to work for NFA purposes, while helping to minimize the burden on the purchaser of our products.”

A properly-prepared gun trust has significant advantages for gun owners. It enables the use of NFA-regulated firearms among family members and trust members, protects against potential future regulatory restrictions and provides for the orderly transition of ownership upon death. It also protects future generations against prosecution or seizure, should ownership pass to family members inadvertently or without full knowledge of legal requirements.

At $129.99, EasyTrust is a fraction of the cost of typical gun trusts. Buyers simply log on to the SilencerCo EasyTrust web page at SilencerCo.com/NFA-trust, purchase, then enter the requested information. The completed trust and supporting documentation (how to make the trust legal in the chosen state) will then be sent via email as a PDF. Ratification of the form varies in complexity from state to state, ranging between a simple notarized signature to registration at the Grantor’s respective courthouse. NFA item mandates still apply, including a $200 federal tax stamp, paperwork processing period and possible background check.

EasyTrust is now available on the SilencerCo website. To purchase an EasyTrust, log on to www.SilencerCO.com/NFA-trust.

People do not realize how load firearms are. Hearing loss is a big issue, you target shoot without any hearing protection, your most likely going to go deaf, simple as that, and thats no fun period.

Why bother? There are cheaper alternatives out there that are just as good if not better! $79!

I’ve referred hundreds of people to 199Trust for the $79 deal here: https://199trust.com/#oid=1050_1

That sure beats the hell out of $450 I paid for mine 5 years ago. Obama and his village idiots at ATF are about to screw NFA trusts all up with required fingerprints,photos,b/g check, etc.! (that defeats the purpose of the trust.NFA items belong to the trust, not an individual) At least I’ve got my SBR’s,silencers already !
