Lincoln, NE -(Ammoland.com)- Swanson Russell is looking for a Public Relations Professional and fishing fanatic who can shine within our outdoor recreation PR team.

We are a $100 million agency with national accounts you’ve heard of in outdoor recreation, turf and lawn products, agribusiness, construction, regional brands and healthcare. We are looking for a PR star with the talent and passion to craft compelling copy, connect with the media and communicate through appropriate channels, including social media.

You will need to be organized, have energy and enthusiasm to burn, and a make-it-happen mindset. You will also need relationship-building skills to work with fellow account team members as well as clients and target audiences. A true passion for the outdoors, with an emphasis on fishing is highly preferred. We’re looking for someone who is at home on the water, with a rod and reel in hand.

A four-year degree in journalism, public relations or a related field gets you in the door. A minimum of two years experience is preferred; an additional four years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
