For years I was a Kimber fan. I got my first Coonan several weeks ago and I can’t put it down. It is the most accurate handgun I have.

One of the better info papers I’ve seen and its my first view. Question ; why dosen’t Ruger publish the facts on the Mini 14 Ranch Rifle regarding the interchangability of the 223 Rem and 5.56 NATO cartridge and stop all the guesswork by so many “experts”. The mfg. company in New Haven says it’s the straight dope except for the Target model. Do not use the 5.56 NATO round in the 223 chamber of the Target Model. All other mini 14 models accept BOTH cartridges according to the technicians at the factory. Am I being given the run around?… Read more »
