Mike Smock, Vice President and Co-founder of Pulse O2DA commented on the timing of the webinar:

“The recent events in Baltimore and Ferguson demonstrate the need for business owners to be proactive in defending their property during times of riot or civil disturbance. What do you do if you own a business in a rioting city and the Mayor orders law enforcement to stand-down and retreat from rioting criminals?”

“What do you do if your business is engulfed in a civil disturbance and there simply isn’t enough police to secure your business? Do you have an obligation to stand aside and let your business be destroyed? Or do you stand and fight for your property?”

This 2-hour webinar provides an overview of the strategy and tactics small and medium-sized enterprises can use in order to defend their private property during a riot or civil disturbance.

During the webinar we will discuss:

  • How to do a site survey.
  • How to do a vulnerability analysis.
  • Options for setting up your own private security force.
  • Basic firearms fundamentals for an effective defense.
  • What weapons and accessories to buy.
  • Interfacing with local authorities.

This is a free webinar for business owners and their employees. Qualified attendees receive complimentary 14-day access to the O2DA Battle Academy and a free PDF copy of “Strategy for the Defense Of Home, Business and Community”.

Boons?

Merchants need to be careful as the states differ on the use of lethal force to protect property. It might be helpful if someone could post those states that make it easy to do so and those that put the store owner in real jeopardy if he does. For example, how does NJ handle this?

If a striper can deduct new boons on her taxes, then why wont the damn IRS allow the deduction of a firearm as a business expense?? Or on your personal taxes for that matter? Why the hell are firearms even taxed in the first place?
I’m off on my rant, but when I read ( protecting your business “what firearms to buy” ) it set me off.
