I purchased a custom pair of hearing aids from this company based on their Sales representatives promises of how the units would perform AND a 100% money back guarantee should they fail to live up to expectations. I have been contemplating getting a custom pair of these, the edge 360s. I was wondering if you were trying to use them in place of a hearing aid (thats what i was planning to do as well)? The representative told me they would program them just like a hearing aid, custom to each frequency.. not the case? Any other feedback on them?
