Some “strategic” partner alright. When is the last time you saw any Winchester .22lr in a Cabelas store ? Or is Cabelas hoarding for “black friday” sales? Like I stated the other day in the .22lr shortage article causing more shooting of air rifles, when will Cabelas get some Winchester .22lr 40 grain powerpoints ? Which is an excellent small game/small varmint round. Winchester would rather produce the lousy 555/333/222 36grain or the .22lr “tactical” for AR style .22lr semi-autos because “tactical”is the current overused buzzword. Come on how “tactical” is a .22lr anyway ? Maybe someone from Cabelas should… Read more »
