Everything Weapons and The Outpost Armory announce their intention to combine retail operations.
Tennessee –-(Ammoland.com)- Everything Weapons operates two complete gun shops and a new 11 lane indoor gun range in Brentwood and Franklin, Tennessee.
The stores are known for competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and training classes. Everything Weapons also has a unique “AR Build Center” where customers can complete their own modern sporting rifles from a selection of unique components under the expert guidance of the Everything Weapons team.
The Outpost Armory in Christiana, Tennessee is the state’s largest volume firearms dealer with an unmatched selection of firearms, ammunition, reloading needs, and accessories. Customers appreciate their unique expertise in large caliber long range precision rifles. The Outpost Armory is now a premium destination for shooters across the Eastern United States.
David Cooper, President of Everything Weapons, will own and operate the combined operation.
Cooper said “This acquisition allows us to double our footprint and scale up our buying power. We will extend our AR Build Center concept to the Christiana location and add premium product lines such as Barrett precision rifles, Caesar Guerini shotguns, and Ed Brown custom 1911 pistols to our Brentwood and Franklin shops. We were already able to negotiate excellent deals for our customers and we expect this new combination will further improve our position with manufacturers”.
Chris Barrett, Owner of The Outpost Armory, will advise and consult with Cooper on the combined operations.
Barrett said “We built The Outpost Armory into a firearms powerhouse by putting the right people in the right place with the right products. The concept is ready for additional locations but my duties prevent me from growing the business at the pace the market deserves. David has the talent and the plan to take this premium full-line firearms experience to additional markets quickly, and we are thrilled that Barrett Firearms will be featured at all of his locations”.
Mr. Cooper is the host of Everything Weapons Radio reaching gun enthusiasts in 28 states every Saturday night at 9pm Central on 1510 AM WLAC, and announced the acquisition live on his show with Chris Barrett and Gemtech Corporation as guests.
Mr. Barrett recently accepted the role of President at Barrett Firearms recently. Barrett Firearms is the world’s leading manufacturer of long range precision rifles, and Mr. Barrett served as it’s lead designer for over a decade and managed Outpost Armory since he founded it in 2009.
After customary due diligence and documentation, the transaction will complete later this summer.
