Las Vegas, NV – -(Ammoland.com)- Call for Volunteers.

Rob Price, leader of the Douglas County Oath Keepers, is seeking Oath Keeper volunteers within driving distance to come out to Roseburg, Oregon to help provide security for the families of the victims of last weeks tragic school shooting.

We have been asked by some of the victims’ families and the Sheriff’s Office to help provide security for the funerals which will be on going through next week.

This Friday Obama will also be visiting the school and there are several protests scheduled. While we encourage everyone to practice their 1st amendment rights, the focus of the official Oath Keepers mission will be to guard the safety and sanctity of the families as they lay their loved ones to rest. If you are interested in helping on this mission please be aware that you will come under the command of local Oath Keeper leader, Rob Price.

It is requested that no long guns be brought and handguns must be conceal carry. It is also requested that you wear khakis and Oath Keepers / 3% t-shirts and hats. Please avoid camouflage for the OP.

Also please note that Oath Keepers can not provide any funding for gas or housing, for this operation is only on a volunteer basis.

If you have the means and are within traveling distance please contact Rob Price to begin the screening process at [email protected]

I didn’t see anything posted on the Douglas County Sheriff’s web site asking for Oath Keeper help. I really can’t believe that a government entity would do that either. I also noted that a 9.00 T-shirt cost 30.00 too.

Chris

Thank you for your service and God Speed.
