(AmmoLand.com) For 2016 Browning is introducing two pistols that come factory ready to accept suppressors. Now shooters have the option of shooting the fun Browning 1911-22 with reduced noise.
The Black Label 1911-22 Full Size Suppressor Ready with Rail and the Black Label 1911-22 Compact Suppressor Ready with Rail will feature threaded muzzle ends ready for suppressors. The pistols come from the factory with muzzle protectors on the threaded portion of the barrels. The Full Size pistol has a 4 ¼” length barrel and the Compact a 3 5/8” barrel length. The engineering grade composite frame features an integrated accessory rail on the dust cover. Steel three-dot fixed combat sights are dovetailed into the slide. The grips are textured G-10 composite. An extended ambidextrous thumb safety and beavertail grip safety are also. Weight is approximately 14 oz.
