Reno, NV -(AmmoLand.com)- Mesa Tactical will be moving out of the state following the passage of new gun-control laws. We have been looking for a new home for the past few months and are happy to inform you we found it.

Mesa Tactical will be closed Tuesday, July 12th through Tuesday, July 19th, 2016 as we make our move to our new location in Reno, Nevada. During this time we are unable to ship any product, returns, or warranty items. Our online web store will be open for business throughout the moving process and will take orders in its usual automated way. Orders placed between July 12th through July 18th will not begin to ship until the week of July 19th.

Since we opened for business in 2003, continued growth of the company’s sales to the military, law enforcement, and commercial markets has created a need for additional space and capabilities. Faced with tougher gun laws, California laws prohibit Mesa Tactical from being able to manufacture, store or even import into the state future product lines.

I am truly amazed that the state of California would shoot itself in the foot -so to speak. There are a lot of businesses/shooters/hunters/and hobbyist that will more than likely move away form that lousy place with all the crazy gun laws that have passed. It would definitely influence my decision to move away. Too bad- California is gonna lose a lot on this in the long run.

My I recommend that you don’t sell anything to California’s government or law enforcement agencies that the general population of California can’t buy. Make them live with their own stupidity.
