The attractive stock features front and rear sling swivel studs, a metal trigger guard and a rubber buttpad for a comfortable
length of pull. The Alexander Henry forend helps to stabilize a shot when shooting from sticks, a bipod or sling.

I’d like to see how it compares to their American in .22.
Perfect when it comes out in .17 WSM. Perfect when it comes out with a .50 minute of angle guarantee. So… lets see it is lacking stainless steel, .17 WSM, and guaranteed accuracy. Hmmm, it is sounding more and more like just another factory rifle.
I would like to see Ruger come out with a rifle in 22LR single shot for the children who are intermediate in ISU competition. They need rifles with adjustable check rest and length of pull with an adjustable trigger. The shooting children in competition are having a hard time finding a less expensive rifle than the Anschutz rifles, About the only thing out there is to see a gunsmith and have a custom stock built. Children are our next generation of shooters. They need our help.
That is the ” Perfect” rifle when it comes out in stainless with my Sparrow or Spectre II can. At least subsonic ammo will last a bit longer than with my 10-22! With a good optic and can, the Best tree rat chaser in town….and with the passage of the Hearing Protection Act, ALL barrels MUST be threaded! Thank You, Ruger, for being ahead of the curve !!!
