MIAMI – -(Ammoland.com)- Taurus is in the final days of its year-long “What Legends Are Made Of” campaign celebrating the Taurus Judge revolver’s 10-year anniversary.

Known for its versatile 45 Colt/410 shotshell platform, the Judge is one of the industry’s most notable revolvers, making it truly worthy of a celebration.

Over the past 12 months, Taurus has partnered with celebrities like champion shooter Jessie Duff and a number of YouTube personalities to pay homage to the Judge with planned events, sweepstakes and promotions.

“The Taurus Judge was born 10 years ago, and it’s still gaining considerable momentum,” said Anthony Acitelli, Taurus CEO. “In 2016, we not only wanted to commemorate this huge milestone but honor our fans in the process.

It was our small way of thanking the many customers who contributed to the revolver’s success.”

My ragging judge magnum went back for repair after 10 shoots, the company sold me a pistol that had to much clearance between the cylinder and the barrel. after 20 months waiting for the gun. I finally got my money back. I liked the gun but there service sucks big time. Been waiting 2 1/2 yrs for their 454 casull Rossi rifle ??? Again their service sucks . I even talk to
Monica in Miami. no help at all .. Kerry Exner

You are not the only one, I also know about their services and it sucks.I returned a 22 magnums tracker for the same issue and I waited and called and called and waited, finally it was returned to me in its same condition. I believe they got tired of me bothering them and just returned it. I also wonder how many people check their revolver for this critical dimension. I also caught Ruger doing the same, they suck the same, gun makers are getting away with their hiss poor quality and service !

TO LLOYD DUMAS. Have you tried to use .45 Long Colt Target round for the tree rats????? There are so many different cartridges in the .410 Shot Shell and .45 LC lines that I’m sure there could be at least one or two that will bring down the tree rats. I have shot the ground/tree rats with #4 or #6 .410 Shot Shells and it sure seems to take care of them. Now you do understand that I have a 3″ cylinder which allows me to shoot longer shells then the 2 1/2″ cylinder and that may be why I… Read more »

Maybe I just got a lemon. I bought a 3 inch barrel public defender and the chamber slips. I sent it back and I must say, Taurus has great customer service but it still slips.

I have a 3 x 3 Stainless (3″ cylinder and 3″ barrel) love it as it is so versatile with all the different .410 and .45 LC (Long Colt) cartridges available. A couple #6 .410 shells then two or three Self-Defense .410 or .410 00 Buck Shot and a .45 LC for last shot for home defense. Two #8 and three #6/4 for snakes. Five .45 LC for personal defense when carrying out on walks with my wife. There is also the .410 slug that can be used in place of a .45 LC cartridge as well. If you need… Read more »

I have a all Stainless Judge in the 21/2″ chamber and I love this thing. Talk about a wonderful Hand Gun this one is it.

I have the Judge in the 6.5″ barrel, 2.5″ shell. Stainless matte finish. This revolver is for home defense as well as target range use. I don’t use it for hunting. I use the .45C/L for target. Close encounters, the .410 home defense load from Hornady….! BADASS

Had to wait to get my hands on one because they were new and the demand was so great. I wanted it to take fishing and camping to take care of snakes and it did just that very well. Wish it had more range to allow me to hunt small game, the tree rats in tall trees just laughing at me. I have the 6 inch barrel with 2 1/2 inch shells and it will not get the job done.
