Gary Marbut Since 1985 Gary Marbut has been heavily involved in the formulation of public policy concerning civilian ownership and use of firearms in Montana.

Has testified before scores of legislative committees about firearms issues. Has drafted many successful pieces of legislation concerning use and ownership of firearms, shooting and hunting.

Hes is the current acting president of the Montana Shooting Sports Association and responsible for the creation and expansion of the Firearms Freedom Act.

      Youth Marksmanship Programs In New York State Are Dead

      There has to be a way to get around this. Why not have the discounted ammo set to a state that doesn’t have our wonderful laws. We live close to Pa. and would have no problem picking up ammo. No need to tell anyone where it came from. Does it say anywhere in the law that you can’t borrow ammo from a fried who has been collecting it for years and has plenty???
