Garden State Gun Control Tyranny Imposed on Citizens Beyond their Borders

Do you best to avoid that state, do not go through it, go around it. No warrant, just probable cause. He gets arrested for doing the right thing. They tell you not to drive sleepy. So when he got sleepy in a strange town, he pulled over where he was. He probable did not know that it was behind a bank unless the bank was lit up in neon lights. So NJ would have rather that he drove sleepy and wrecked, maybe killing someone. No I forgot NJ knows better than we do what is right for us. That is what they think, not what we do.

Garden State Gun Control Tyranny Imposed on Citizens Beyond their Borders

@ Larry, are you in more information than everyone else on this case as it does not mention anything about the amount of weapons found and there location to his availability other than they were in a case. It also did not mention anything about a hand gun being loaded but if he registered in another state then I could understand it being loaded. On a second subject you stated they did have a warrant, could you please advise as to where the warrant was issued from and if possible, by whom was it issued.

Garden State Gun Control Tyranny Imposed on Citizens Beyond their Borders

I was stationed in New Jersey, once upon a time, while serving in the USAF. I was happy to leave there, and have no desire to ever go back. In fact, there isn’t an amount of money that could be waved at me to get me to go back. I’d rather live as a poor man in a Free State than to live as a rich man in New Jersey.

Put the Thing in the Thing, Pull on the Thing: Simplifying the Unnecessarily Complicated

Amen! I have watched the popular TV shooting shows, with the presenters in their black T-shirts, shaved heads and ‘operator’ shades, performing the Dance of Many Movements in their shooting segments. I have also witnessed them faltering in ‘combat’ shooting demos, firing two rounds on the first target then dropping back to High Ready when they should have been firing on the next target. Under stress, you fall back to how you have trained, and most competitive gun-games train you how to get good scores by the rules of their game. For example, firing a few rounds then discarding the rest of the magazine to top up: great when you have belt full of half-a-dozen magazines on the course, not so hot when you have one reserve magazine on the street.

Put the Thing in the Thing, Pull on the Thing: Simplifying the Unnecessarily Complicated

Good article. It needed to be said, a reality check.

I’ve watched a number videos from “Tier 1 tacticool instructors. I can’t remember any of their complex procedures except that you can hit a man-size target at 25 yards with an AR-15.

Our training on the PD (approved by Glock) concentrated on KISS because when the SHTF you’ll better remember what to do. I can attest to that.
