class="wp-caption-text">Mossy Oak

WEST POINT, MS - -(AmmoLand.com)- Mossy Oak Productions announces its all-new show on The Sportsman Channel, Anchor Point. Mossy Oak’s first archery-only, big-game hunting show is dedicated to the entertainment and education of the sport’s most dedicated enthusiast – the archery hunter.

With heart pounding and mind racing, there’s nothing like the moment of truth for an archer. Days and years of work and waiting, miles of scouting and hours on a stand, all fall away in the wake of the present.

From breath to breath played above a heartbeat rhythm, time and light slow into one and all thoughts bend toward an anchor point, an aiming point, and the open distance between. In the scant half-beat between the command to release and the arrow’s flight, all the world is alive with the energy of anticipation. All hopes rest on a taut bow string – desires bourn aloft on a thin, man-made shaft – an arrow fletched with magic and tipped with steel.

On this week’s episode, PSE Prostaffers Richie Bland and Troy Rodbeno make their way to New Mexico to hunt one of the fastest land animals in the world, the Pronghorn. With no cover or waterholes and the decoys not really working, their hunts soon turn into a spot and stalk.

Each episode will include:

· Tips and tactics that will work for everyone

· Gear that will actually make you a better hunter

· Updates on the latest trends in technology

· Opportunities to learn from fellow bow hunters

· Up-close, over-the-shoulder encounters with big game nationwide

· Information earned through years of hard knocks delivered to your living room

Anchor Point debuted on The Sportsman Channel at the end of June. It airs Fridays at 8 p.m. with encore episodes Mondays at 1 p.m. and Wednesdays at 9 a.m., all times Eastern.

For more information, log on to www.thesportsmanchannel.com.

About: <br
