Traverse City, MI --(AmmoLand.com)- Altus Brands, LLC, provider of unique products for the Outdoor Sports, Law Enforcement and Industrial Safety markets has acquired Cass Creek Game Calls, Woodland Whisper, QuikSit and Digital Game Scales brands, formerly owned by Nature Vision, Inc.

Altus Brands Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Charles Ricci announced “These are very strong and well recognized brands that we look forward to integrating and growing in the future.”

This expansion of its product portfolio is the second acquisition in the last 30 days.
In September the company announced the acquisition of the assets of Concealment Industries, Inc., which added a wide variety of Boonie Hats and other innovative camouflage and insect proof caps for hunters, campers, fisherman, hikers, gardeners, military and many other outdoor enthusiasts.

Cass Creek Game Calls, Woodland Whisper, QuikSit and Digital Game Scales join Altus’ flagship brands of Pro Ears electronic and passive hearing protection/amplification products, BenchMaster Rifle Rests, Riflemen, and Crossfire Slings.

The companies will be relocated to Traverse City, MI in the 4th quarter 2009 and integrated into its existing facilities.
