FLUSHING, Michigan --(Ammoland.com)- The Board of Directors of Eastman Outdoors, a leading outdoor lifestyle manufacturer, announced that it has named Rob Eastman as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Erik Eastman as Vice President.

Recognizing the successes Rob Eastman has achieved as President of Eastman Outdoors for more than 10 years, the Board of Directors expanded his title to Chairman and CEO to reflect the depth and breadth of his ongoing corporate responsibilities.

As Chairman and CEO, Rob is responsible for leading the company and building the value of Eastman Outdoors, Carbon Express and Gorilla Gear brands.

Rob Eastman has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an Owner/President Management degree from Harvard Business School.

In another vote of confidence for the direction the company is taking, the Board of Directors appointed Erik Eastman as VP of Eastman Outdoors where he will be responsible for managing revenue growth through oversight of the sales organization and trade marketing initiatives. Prior to returning to Eastman Outdoors, Mr. Eastman was VP Merchandising at Beacon & Bridge Markets where he spearheaded the branding, sales and merchandising efforts for 25 convenience stores. Erik was awarded a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.

The King Kong climbing sticks feature durable steel construction with lightweight aluminum steps.

The new climbing sticks are extremely portable and built with the mobile hunter in mind. Each stick easily locks to the other, while the aluminum steps conveniently fold out of the way. The saw-tooth step design is built for superior footing and traction even in slick conditions.

Each stick is securely and strongly assembled with XT-6TM red nylon bushings and washers. The King Kong climbing sticks fit trees ranging in size from 8” to 22” in diameter.

As with every Gorilla treestand and accessory, King Kong climbing sticks are engineered for safety, durability and comfort.
