Upper Marlboro, MD --(Ammoland.com)- My Christmas episode of the Black Man With A Gun Podcast will be available Friday if all goes well.

This one is a tribute to all that served in our military.

I am working on a new book that I hope will be finished next week and headed to the editor.

It will share my journey as the black man with a gun since the publication of my first book plus fill in the blanks to some things that have happened since 1991. It’s heavy on things learned regarding self defense, guns and Christianity. I highlight a brief history of gun control. I share some lessons learned in goal setting, maintaining focus.

And I dare philosophize about how to handle opposition and even on how to tell your spouse about guns.

The first edition will be electronic with the hardcopy coming consequently.

I am making plans for the SHOT Show in January. If there is anything you want me to check on or learn about for you while I am there, please let me know.

Also, re-energized the In The Wilderness Ministries Podcast if you don’t know it.

A Year Without Aaron Zelman

Washington, DC --(Ammoland.com)- A year ago today, the founder of Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, Aaron Zelman, passed away.

His sudden absence from our midst sent a shock wave through the true hard core freedom community.

It is appropriate today to review the official tribute JPFO prepared in Aaron’s memory. Please make sure you read the heartfelt comments others sent in to us.

It is also very appropriate to read the interview done with Aaron on the 20th Anniversary of JPFO’s founding. So much about the man’s motivation and great vision is found in this interview.
