South Bend, IN --(Ammoland.com)-  The Gun Rights Radio Network (GRRN) announced the release of its latest Bar Stool Discussion Podcast previously streamed live on January 25, 2012.

The podcast features a second interview by GRRN’s Mark Vanderberg and Doc Wesson with Paul M. Barrett, assistant managing editor of Bloomberg Businessweek and author of several books including his most recent–Glock: The Rise of America’s Gun.

Barrett continues the discussion of the success of his book and its broad acceptance from National Public Radio to G. Gordon Liddy.  He also relates his cancelled SHOT show credentials, allegedly the result of Glock’s displeasure over Barrett’s work. Undeterred, Paul gave Mark and Doc a sneak-peak at his recent Bloomberg Businessweek article, The Glock Family Feud, enlightening listeners and readers on the further adventures of the Glock family and the manufacturer bearing the Glock name.

South Bend, IN - -(Ammoland.com)- The Gun Rights Radio Network (GRRN) announced the release of its latest Bar Stool Discussion Podcast previously streamed live on January 12, 2012.

The podcast features an interview by GRRN’s Doc Wesson and Mark Vanderberg with Paul M. Barrett, assistant managing editor of Bloomberg Businessweek and author of several books including his most recent –Glock: The Rise of America’s Gun.

Mr. Barrett’s book is a fascinating look into a changing America through the prism of the revolutionary handgun. He discusses the history, iconography, business, marketing and political facets of this complex relationship between Americans and Gaston Glock’s creation.

The interview also reveals the author’s exceptional research, including input and guidance from GRRN’s ProArms Podcasters Massad Ayoob and Gail Pepin. It is an exceptional interview and a highly recommended book.

Mr. Barrett is scheduled to return to the Bar Stool Discussion for Episode 36 live on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at 9:00 PM Eastern Time to discuss his experience at the NSSF’s 2012 Shot Show and perhaps shed some light on what Glock thinks about his work.

The Podcast also features the new song by the band Madison Rising, a driving 2nd Amendment anthem entitled Right to Bear. Dave Bray, lead vocalist of the band, is also interviewed and tells of the song’s (and the band’s) pro-American, pro-Freedom, pro-gun, hard-rockin’ message.
