FAIRFAX, Va. –-(Ammoland.com)- The NRA Foundation is proud to announce its partnership with Hunter’s Specialties, who has agreed to become a sponsor of both the banquets and television show of the Friends of NRA program.

The television show, which airs Sundays at 10:30 PM EST on the Outdoor Channel, features former MLB player, and personality on the Outdoor Channel’s Buck Commander series, Matt Duff and professional shooter Jessie Abbate as they travel across the United States to explore the history and impact of the Friends of NRA grassroots fund-raising program.

Their journey encompasses the entire shooting world as Matt and Jessie track where donations from Friends of NRA banquets go and meet the people who truly consider themselves Friends of NRA.

“We are proud to welcome Hunter’s Specialties as a member of the Patriot Nation,” said Kyle Weaver, Managing Director of NRA’s Field Operations Division.

“The quality of their products will be demonstrated by our hosts, Matt and Jessie, as they explore the shooting world and generate further interest in both their products and our program.”

Working with the NRA’s field staff, thousands of volunteers nationwide participate in the program by organizing committees and planning events in their communities. Since its creation more than 12,000 events have been held, reaching over two million attendees. Monies raised at these events go to The NRA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
