ASA is the sole importer of ISSC firearms, which brings the revolutionary M22 pistol to the American public. The pistol is designed to meet the needs and desires of American shooters.

AcuSport will be selling the popular M22 pistol in both black and nickel finishes along with the associated 10-round magazine. The two finishes come equipped with either a 4 inch or 51/2 inch barrel length.

These guns will feature such benefits as an adjustable rear site, Walther stainless steel matched grips, five independent safeties and a notched Picatinny rail. Introduced at the 2009 SHOT Show, the ISSC M2 created quite a buzz with its combination of technology, innovation, and performance.

Designed specifically for the American market by Austrian gun designer Wolfram Kriegleder, best known for his Walther P22 pistol, the M22 in .22LR provides shooters a fast, comfortable and safe training platform using inexpensive and available .22LR ammunition.

Built on a black polymer frame with a contoured grip for comfort and a perfect hold, the M22 is a semi-automatic single-action pistol with 5 different safeties that work independently of each other, providing unmatched safety in a firearm.

The M22 features a 4-inch match bull barrel and a match trigger with a trigger pull of 4.4 lbs. As a target pistol, the M22 also comes standard with and adjustable rear sight and a Weaver rail for the addition of light and laser accessories.

Weighing in at just 1.3 lbs, the M22 has an overall length of 7-inches with an overall height of 4.7-inches and is 1.1-inches wide, making this Austrian-built pistol one of the most balanced and comfortable shooting systems on the market today.

Austrian Sporting Arms ISSC M22 Pistol Now Shipping

Orlando, FL - Austrian Gun-maker ISSC and US importer Austrian Sporting Arms will be presenting the new M-22 Pistol at the 2009 Shot Show. The gun, designed by Austrian designer Wolfram Kriegleder, will be displayed at the Camfour Distributor booth. Kriegleder, who designed Walther’s P-22 pistol, will be at the Camfour booth to demonstrate the new gun and answer questions from show attendees.

“I am very happy to bring a new pistol to American shooters, ” says Kriegleder, “especially a gun that was developed in response to what American shooters told me they wanted to see in a target and shooting firearm.”

The M-22 is chambered for 22LR caliber and will be available in both 3.5-inch and 5-inch barrel versions. Both models will come with adjustable rear sights, match barrel, contoured grip and multiple safeties. Magazine capacity for both guns is 10 rounds.

The M-22 is imported by Austrian Sporting Arms, Ware, MA, and will be available for commercial distribution Spring, 2009.
