Naperville, IL. --(Ammoland.com)- The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) has signed on to the National Rifle Association’s (NRA) Life of Duty program that serves and supports individuals who work to protect and defend the safety of the American people.

Members will be requested to provide $2.00 for each firearm sold in the month of December in order to purchase a special NRA membership category for US military personnel.

The program helps tell the stories of American heroes via its website (www.nralifeof duty.tv) and provides the opportunity for members to sponsor a one-year NRA membership for a uniformed American Patriot.

“This is an opportunity for our members to participate in a fantastic program that will benefit our active military,” said Jack Baumler, Chairman of the Board of NASGW. “When the Board first heard about the program at the NRA Convention, we decided then and there that we should participate.”

All members will be encouraged to participate and will be recognized for their participation.
