ROCHESTER, NY --(Ammoland.com)- Responding to the continuing worldwide growth of airsoft, Crosman Corporation, long known for innovation and quality in products for the shooting sports, has added two new managers to its airsoft team.

Flemming Molin becomes the new international airsoft product manager and European product manager.

Coming to Crosman with 15 years of experience with companies in Asia and Europe, he will be responsible for the global airsoft product line as well as European product development and will be based in Europe. Prior to joining Crosman, he was with one of Europe’s largest airsoft distributors.

An avid shooter, Crystal Martin is a two-year Crosman veteran with more than 20 years experience in international business. She will be the new Crosman airsoft project manager based at the world headquarters in Bloomfield, New York and will work with Molin in product development, interfacing between international sales and marketing, and the factory.

According to Roy Stefanko, Crosman’s vice president of marketing, the worldwide airsoft business requires global thinking, but with local execution.

“Though airsoft has many common denominators around the world, Crosman Airsoft and its Game Face Airsoft and Marines Airsoft brands must also be sensitive to local demands,” he said.

“We want our product to answer those country-by-country demands with designs that excite and marketing messages that make our products the ‘must have’ brands for airsoft enthusiasts around the world,” he said. “Both Flemming Molin and Crystal Martin have experience translating those demands into airsoft products that will do just that,” said Stefanko.

“With their efforts, we expect our upcoming airsoft offerings will be right on target, regardless of country.”

GREELEY, Colorado --(Ammoland.com)- In response to significant North American growth in the last year, Steiner has started a search for candidates to fill two new sales trainer positions.

These sale support positions will interact with Steiner retailers, dealers, sales personnel and customers around the United States.

Responsibilities will include product training and education, retail sales support, trade show participation, consumer/dealer interaction and company representation at dealer and industry events.

The territories for the two new candidates will be divided between the Eastern and Western United States and will involve extensive travel. Qualified candidates will need to be located near a major US airport. This is a salaried position with full corporate benefits.

Required qualifications:

• Trustworthy and able to handle a high level of independence
• Disciplined, organized, detail oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent communications — verbal and written
• Basic computer competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to home office
• Licensed driver and able to meet rental car company requirements
• Eligible to obtain a passport and able to travel internationally
• Free to travel extensively
• Located within commuting distance of a major airport
• Deep understanding and appreciation of the outdoors and the hunting avocation
• Familiar with wants and needs of hunting consumers

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or relevant subject
• Sporting goods retail or other hunting/outdoor market experience
• Experience with and/or knowledge of binoculars & outdoor optics

Important considerations:

This is primarily a hunting-oriented position. Applicants who have no personal interest, experience, or exposure relative to the world of hunting will not be considered. A passion for hunting and fine hunting equipment is a must.

Travel is intensive. The position requires a certain level of energy, enthusiasm, and ability to function in an unstructured environment. If you enjoy travel and are able to travel extensively, often including weekends, then this job might be a good fit for you.
