Full unpacked and extended the Magnum is a whopping 5’6″ tall, a real plus when hunting on uneven terrain or trying to take shots when facing down hill, but once fully compacted the Magnum measures a mere 2’5″ in length.

The contoured yoke held a variety of our guns with no problem. The slip proof rubber covered yoke is wide enough to accommodate a Clark Double Rifle and has enough play to make on the fly angle adjustments to track game before taking the shot.

A nice feature of the Shooters Ridge’s Magnum Swivel Shooting Stick is the removable Yoke. By removing the easily unscrewed yoke from the shooting stick it can be quickly mounted on to the bottom of you digital camera or spotting scope making this a multipurpose tool, not just limited to hunters or shooters.

This is a well planed out shooting accessory. There are no parts to loose, you can make one handed adjustments to the height, the Magnum has a padded upper that is warm and comfortable to the touch and you can even set the spread between the legs with the built-in adjustment strap that doubles as a carry handle or loop to clip the Magnum to your back pack.
