This unique Chiappa .22 L.R. caliber handgun is identical to Chiappa’s .22 L.R. look alike of the U.S. Military M-4 Carbine.
Chaippa then eliminated the shoulder stock and shortened the barrel to 6-inches creating a new smallbore handgun.
A 28-shot magazine means a bunch of fun between reloads. Robust and reliable, this new handgun has all the same buttons and switches as the regular M-4 Carbine so any learning curve between the real combat carbine, the Chiappa smallbore military look alike carbine and the new Chiappa M-Four pistol is zero.

Camp Perry To Host 2010 NRA Smallbore 3-Position Championship

Charlotte, NC --(Ammoland.com)-The National Rifle Association National Smallbore 3-Position Championship will be held from July 22-25 at the 2010 NRA National Rifle and Pistol Matches held at Camp Perry, Ohio.
The championship is a 2400-point aggregate of the Metallic Sight Championship and the Any Sight Championship. Competitors in the Any Sight category are allowed to use both metallic and telescopic sights. The two sub-aggregate championships consist of three matches fired with .22 caliber rifles. In each of the three matches, 40 shots are fired at a distance of 50 meters from each of the prone, standing, and kneeling positions.
Last year’s champion, Specialist Joseph Hein of the United States Army Marksmanship Unit, took home the Frank Parsons Memorial Trophy with a score of 2378-141x.
The Camp Perry Military Reservation is a 640-acre military training center located on the shores of Lake Erie near Port Clinton, Ohio, and lies approximately 80 miles west of Cleveland. It has the largest and best-equipped outdoor rifle and pistol ranges in the United States. Over the years, millions of shots have been fired in the pursuit of various titles, awards, and trophies.
The National Matches are conducted by the National Rifle Association and the Civilian Marksmanship Program, with assistance from the various U.S. Armed Forces. Competitors will range in experience from new first-time competitive shooters to Olympic champions, and will include civilians, military personnel, and law enforcement officers.
The NRA National Matches are open to all persons; NRA Membership is not required. A wide variety and number of matches are offered which appeal to a broad range of competitors.

In 1979, I was stationed at Ft. Benning Ga. I purchased a 22 cal target pistol and was told that before I could do so, I had to have a letter from the local police dept on their letterhead stating I was a “citizen of good standing”. I went to the local police dept and met with the Chief of Police who reached into a drawer in his desk and produced a letter from a stack, signed it and handed it to me. I recall his comments to this day. “Hell son, your white.”
The letter requirement was obviously a ploy to keep guns out of black hands.
I’m not waiting for a candidate who is “perfection” – just one that is “Republican”! The author seems to think that Romney is an actual choice – gun control and taxes to the max Romney – the Liberal. What’s the difference between Romney and Obama? Obama’s father was Kenyan, Romney’s was Mexican… Neither have the best interests of We the People at heart.
The more I look at this, the more I’m forced to conclude that there is only 1 party that can get elected – the Liberal Socialist party – and that what we have is simply warring factions (Paul excluded, he’s something else entirely). I’m tired of throwing away my votes for people who only wish to harm my family further… regardless of whether they call themselves Republican or not. So I’ll write in this time if necessary (I will NOT vote for Rombama or his Ilk). And it’s become clear to me that my votes DO NOT COUNT, and I’m not represented… and that I won’t be after November either.
