HARRISBURG --(Ammoland.com)- Thompson/Center Arms, a world leader in cutting-edge rifle design and manufacturing, will feature its new, state-of-the-art Dimension interchangeable bolt-action rifle system at the 2012 Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show (Feb. 4 – 12) State Farm Show Complex, Harrisburg, PA.

The Dimension, along with the full line of other Thompson /Center rifles will be on display at the Thompson/Center Booth, # 5035 in the new “Sportman’s Shop Gun Alley” in the Wild Wild West Hall.

The Dimension marks a technological leap forward in the quality, versatility and value of bolt-action rifles. The Dimension system is comprised of interchangeable components that allow shooters to easily change calibers with guaranteed minute-of-angle accuracy. Shooters can employ multiple calibers, from .204 Ruger to .300 Win Mag, in the same bolt-action rifle with just a quick component change.

The secret behind Dimension is Thompson/Center’s Locking Optimized Components System (LOC™). The LOC system makes it easy for shooters to change their Dimension rifle’s components and calibers in just minutes. It consists of 7 parts – a universal stock and receiver that accepts multiple barrels, magazine groups (magazine and housing), bolts and bridge scope mounts. Dimension hand tools work with all Dimension rifles. Interchangeable parts are stamped with letters: A, B, C or D. Match the letter on the barrel with the one on the bolt and magazine group and you have a perfectly matched set-up for any Dimension caliber.
