New York, NY –-(AmmoLand.com)- Sportsman Channel, the premiere hunting, shooting and fishing network, announced it has signed a multi-year renewal agreement with Time Warner Cable.

The agreement continues the partnership between Time Warner Cable and Sportsman Channel for carriage of the network, and allows for carriage of video-on-demand programming.

(NASDAQ: OUTD), America’s leader in Outdoor TV, today announced that its fishing, hunting and adventure programming is available for the first time to Time Warner Cable HD (high-definition) subscribers in the nation’s largest market, New York City, Mount Vernon (New York), and New Jersey.

The addition of Time Warner Cable’s New York and New Jersey systems to Outdoor Channel’s distribution adds a significant number of homes to the already robust subscriber base that has access to Outdoor Channel in HD.
