Hamburg, PA –-(Ammoland.com)- This week on “Doug Koenig’s Championship Season” – Doug heads to Titusville, Florida for the Steel Nationals.

The first major match of the competitive shooting season gives everyone the opportunity to dust off the guns – and shoot some steel!

Afterwards, Doug goes on a hunting adventure and seeks to take a turkey – with a handgun. Great shooting and great hunting on this week’s show.

What is Doug Koenig’s Championship Season (DKCS)?
DKCS follows the path that Doug Koenig travels during his shooting and hunting year. Doug is regarded as the “World’s Best All-Around Shooter” and his record as a competitive shooter is unmatched. Doug takes those shooting skills and competes at national and world class events. Doug also takes those same “championship” skills and applies them to his hunting adventures – with the “precision” approach. Doug is an avid hunter, and on DKCS, Doug hunts in some of the most exotic places on the planet – and in some places that are not as exotic. From a “stag” hunt in New Zealand to a whitetail adventure in Illinois, Doug will keep it exciting as he takes the viewers into the wild with him.

DKCS will also feature tips from Doug in the areas of shooting and hunting. Proper shooting techniques, hunting preparation tips, and “hasty” shooting positions are just a few of the many lessons that will be talked about by the show host – Doug Koenig.
