The problem with this article is that I don’t know if it is old news or new news, did the enbanc panel refuse to hear the three judge panel that ruled on this issue, or is it still in progress with this sad states Attorney General pursuing the enbanc hearing, (along with other misguided folks)?
Isn’t he trying to run for president? He already has the reputation as an “anti gun” governor from an “anti gun” state, right? Therefore, a veto could only help him lose that reputation and gain acceptance by those gun owners in between N.J. and Calif, right? Makes you wonder if there are really two parties?

I sorry this is happening to Mr. Kaleda but his story highlights the risks of living in or doing business in the northeastern US.
We need to let these radical statist controlled states run though their life cycle.
They can only hemorrhage population, corporations and the revenue they generate for so long before being forced to step aside and let competent people start rebuilding. I wouldn’t be caught dead in NJ or PA for that matter. It’s just too risky.
The system in these states is too far gone to be reasoned with. This poor man may spend a long time in jail because he bought in to their game. Never fill out of these forms or applications, they will be used against you at some point.
It’s a simple mistake that will cost many people dearly before it’s brought under control.

Nobody in NJ will come to this mans aid, his only hope is to convince his corrupt oppressors to let him go home. There should be armed men at the courthouse demanding this man be released and his captors find another line of work.
