Shavertown, Pennsylvania – The Northeastern Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society will hold a Holiday Dinner at the Farmers Inn, 1597 Hillside Road, Shavertown, Pennsylvania on Saturday, December 20, 2008, beginning with a reception party at 6 p.m. A buffet style dinner will follow at 7 p.m.

According to Brian Clark, tickets are $20 for adults, $16 for children ages 5-16, and free to youngsters under age 5. Reservations must be made no later than December 14, 2008.

As with all RGS events, proceeds from this event will be used to restore and protect grouse and woodcock habitat.
