Timberline Teriyaki Turkey Breast2 fresh turkey breasts

Wind River Soy Ginger Marinade prepared using rice wine vinegar, canola oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Marinate the turkey breast at least one hour or overnight in a resealable bag or covered in non metallic dish

Grill breasts over medium heat until juices run clear, approximately 9 min. per side. When done let rest for a few minutes before slicing ¼” thick. Serve with stir fry vegetables

Stir Fried Vegetables

1 large red pepper, julienne cut

1 can of baby corn

1 cup julienne cut carrots

3 to 4 scallions cut into 1″ lengths.

(Substitutions can easily be made.)

Heat one tablespoon of canola oil and a splash of sesame oil in a wok or suitable skillet. Add the vegetables, sprinkle in one teaspoon of Wind River Soy Ginger Marinade and stir fry until tender – approximately 8 min.
