Promote National Hunting and Fishing Day with Free Audio, Video Clips
SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— -(AmmoLand.com)- Free audio and video clips with country music sensation Luke Bryan are now available for media, retailers, Web sites, sports venues—anyone with an audience or public address system—to help promote the Sept. 26 celebration of National Hunting and Fishing Day.
The digital public service announcements (PSAs), available at www.nhfday.org, are 30 seconds with an intro featuring Bryan’s Top 10 hit, “Country Man.”
One video clip is geared for hunting, the other for fishing. Both videos are downloadable as MOV files. The audio clip is an MP3.
Bryan, this year’s honorary chairman for NHF Day, is an avid sportsman as well as one of Nashville’s hottest new talents. He charted two Top 10 hits, “Country Man” and “All My Friends Say,” from his first album, titled “I’ll Stay Me.” Bryan’s highly anticipated second album is due out this fall. “In addition to the new PSAs with Luke, our Web site also has an archive of audio PSAs from previous honorary chairs of National Hunting and Fishing Day including Jeff Foxworthy and Michael Waddell. All of these are timeless and ready for use,” said Denise Wagner of Wonders of Wildlife museum in Springfield, Mo., the official home of NHF Day.
Wagner said www.nhfday.org also offers print PSAs, national listings of NHF Day events, templates for mayoral and legislative proclamations, communication tools for public speakers and presenters, handouts, and many other resources. Most are free.
“All of these resources help deliver the message that Congress envisioned when it formalized National Hunting and Fishing Day in 1972. That is, conservation in America succeeds because of leadership and stewardship from hunters and anglers,” said Wagner.
Wagner thanked the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) for producing the new PSAs.
