Bartonville, IL – -(AmmoLand.com)- It is a well known fact that Chicago poses the biggest obstacle we face in getting a license to carry law passed in the state of Illinois.

We must educate a population – an entire generation that has been brainwashed into believing all guns are bad and only a criminal would want one.

We must educate the good folks of Chicago that it is our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. We need your help as we focus our efforts to this purpose.

IllinoisCarry, SAS, and CORE-Chicago plan to team up again for the annual African Festival at Washington Park on Labor Day weekend – Sept. 4-7th! This is a major cultural event and presents the opportunity to educate thousands about the Second Amendment.

We will need your help to make this happen – If you would like to contribute financially or join our Chicago network of volunteers for this event or future events, please email IllinoisCarry.

About:
The IllinoisCarry forum was started in April 2004. The idea was that Illinois needed a central location to communicate ideas and information regarding 2nd Amendment issues in Illinois. There are many organizations in Illinois working to protect our 2nd Amendment Rights. Working with these groups IllinoisCarry has become the central location for information and Action Alerts. IllinoisCarry will not endorse political candidates. We simply provide information so voters can make informed decisions. Our goal is to join the other 48 states that allow their citizens to carry concealed firearms. We encourage you to register on our forum and join the fight for your 2nd Amendment Rights in Illinois.

The problem is, Illinois politicians do not practice democracy.

The NRA has considered Illinois a lost cause for years, but I am reluctantly still a member.
