Compelling HD Outdoor Programming Now Available in Largest U.S. Market.

(NASDAQ: OUTD), America’s leader in Outdoor TV, today announced that its fishing, hunting and adventure programming is available for the first time to Time Warner Cable HD (high-definition) subscribers in the nation’s largest market, New York City, Mount Vernon (New York), and New Jersey.

The addition of Time Warner Cable’s New York and New Jersey systems to Outdoor Channel’s distribution adds a significant number of homes to the already robust subscriber base that has access to Outdoor Channel in HD.

This deal broadens the existing distribution partnership between Time Warner and Outdoor Channel with the addition of the network’s HD programming in the largest broadcasting market in the United States. In March, Time Warner and Outdoor Channel renewed their affiliation agreement across more than 150 markets to maintain their distribution partnership for the Outdoor Channel network’s standard definition, high-definition and video-on-demand programming.
