Oklahoma Firearms Freedom Act Goes To OK Governor for Signature
Oklahoma –-(AmmoLand.com)- The Oklahoma Firearms Freedom Act, SB 1685, has passed the legislature and gone to the desk of Governor Brad Henry.
Sponsored by Senator Randy Brogdon, SB 1685 passed the Oklahoma Senate by 39-3 and the House by 81-14.
It is expected that Governor Henry will sign the bill, making Oklahoma the ninth state to enact an FFA (unless it is signed before the Alaska Governor signs the FFA sitting on his desk, in which case Oklahoma would become the eighth state to enact an FFA).
